I see that you have contributed on Meta-Wiki for some Brasilian Portuguese translations.
However most of your work has been rewritten using automatic translators (Bing / Google) by a user (well known also on Portuguese Wikipedia for "her" childish attitude there): Ana Mercedes Gauna ([[m:User:Amgauna]], also active on PT.WP at [[w:pt:User:Amgauna]], possibly also elsewhere on other Wikimedia projects).
She does not understand English and does not hear anyone. People on Meta are fed-up of her attitude, but they have other works to do in other languages. It's up to the Portuguese-speaking community to handle the issue, with Wikimedia Brasil and Wikiemdia Portugal chapters, if needed.
We need more people that are active Wikipedians in the Portuguese-speaking community, to analyze what she does, and revert (or keep if needed) what she does.
Local admins (or even the WMF employees also working there) cannot act alone.
It would be smart if you could pass some time and invite lusophone people (on any Portuguese lingusitic edition of a Wikimedia project) you trust to do it as well. It would facilitate a possible decision about what to do with her.
We don't need lot of actions, but more people taking their own small share of responsibilities there, to make some reviewing work and analyze what she does.
Note: she claims being a woman aged 49 but Portuguese Wikipedians have serous doubts and both facts. Regularly she disconnects and come back "anonymously" with an IP to revert everything she can, until she is detected. It will be easy to assert that these IPs belong to her, as her technical skills are very basic (but enough to cause damages and turmoils by upsetting other users, including people not involved and working on something else in other languages, because she picks up them randomly by looking in the list of recent changes; she is seeking some people to defend her, and apparently this could have succeeded but even her earlier defenders who assumed errors of "good faith" are abandonning: she's completely out of control and nothing seems to pace her, as she learns nothing, an reproduces on MEta the same errors she did on pt.Wikipedia).
